SUBSTANCE: present invention refers to immunology. Disclosed is recovered bi-specific antibody which binds to two different areas of protein 6 receptor low-density lipoproteins (LRP6). Disclosed is pharmaceutical composition for treating malignant tumour, containing bi-specific antibody under present invention; as well as use of bi-specific antibody or pharmaceutical composition as medicinal agent for treating a malignant tumour and an immune conjugate for treating malignant tumour, containing bi-specific antibody and cytotoxic agent. Described is recovered nucleic acid coding bi-specific antibody under invention, and host cell containing said nucleic acid for producing antibody.
EFFECT: bi-specific antibody under present invention is capable of inhibiting signal transmission Wnt of isoforms 3, 3a and isoforms 1, 2, 2b, 6, 8a, 9a, 9b and 10b and can find further application in therapy of various diseases associated with signal by Wnt.
