FIELD: measuring equipment.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to ion-drift and mass spectrometry and can be widely used in solving analytical tasks of organic and bioorganic chemistry, immunology, biotechnology, criminalistics, proteomics, metabolomics, medicine and ecology and environmental protection. Device for continuous stable electric spraying of solutions in source of ions at atmospheric pressure is made in form of coaxial capillaries, oriented vertically. Analysed solution is supplied along internal metallic capillary, to same capillary voltage is applied from high-voltage power supply. At end of that capillary electrospray ionization is conducted vertically upwards. For continuous stable electric spraying of input samples (analysed solutions in electric spraying assembly) and stable process of spraying injector is installed into solutions feeding channel, for example valve switch with loop input of samples, allowing for input of sample without breaking liquid flow, and hence without unstable transition processes for stable mode of spraying. Drier is installed in channel of gas-vapour mixture pumping out from gap between coaxial capillaries. Excess of non-sprayed solution is separated from steam-gas mixture and dried laboratory air is pumped out by air pump.
EFFECT: longer continuous stable spraying of solution, and accordingly; stable operation of device and stability of recorded spectra, reduced frequency of servicing of spraying facility and ion source for their cleaning.
