FIELD: weapons and ammunition.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to cartridges of non-lethal combined action. Non-lethal combined action cartridge comprises case with propellant charge and fixed to it destructed during firing impact element. Impact element includes plastic housing with driving band and coupled with it elastic tip. Housing is formed by thin-wall shell installed in bottom sleeve open end of which is covered by fixed cover equipped with axial projection with end and through axial channel diameter expansion on side of bulge. In cavity of shell are piston in form of disc, adjacent to bottom of thin-walled shell, and thin-wall vessel with combat liquid equipment. In through channel of the cover there is knife in form of sleeve with three-stage outer surface of which there is step of larger diameter in diametrical expansion channel. Length of larger diameter step knife is smaller than that of diametrical expansion channel by value greater than distance from blade to combat liquid filling.

EFFECT: achieved is elimination of lethality if fired element hits offenders.
