Abstract RU 2603994 C1

FIELD: weapons and ammunition.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to cartridges with flashbang grenades used mainly by force structures for psychophysical effect on various offenders. Cartridge includes a case and an attached to it with destructed during firing connection grenade, which includes a housing with a band formed by the front part in the form of a jar and attached to it with the bottom, a bottom detonating fuse and a pyrotechnic charge enclosed in a thin-wall shell and adjacent to the bottom of the housing. Front part of the housing is molded from a plastic material and is thin-wall. Housing bottom is made thin-wall from plastic with a shaped band and a local diametrical lowering at the open end arranged on an adhesive in the front part of the housing. In the bottom of the housing there is an installed on the adhesive load ensuring bringing the grenade weight to the weight of other grenades of rounds for a specific grenade launcher, in a blind cavity made on the side of housing front part there is an installed on the adhesive inertial fuse with a projecting from its body detonator. Thin-wall shell of the pyrotechnic charge is made of plastic with the outer diameter smaller than the inner diameter of the housing front part, and on its bottom there is a hollow ledge, in the cavity of which there is a detonator of the inertial fuse. Between the thin-wall shell of the pyrotechnic charge and the load there is an attached to them by a glue metal screen not damaged at the grenade operation, having the outer diameter equal to the inner diameter of the housing front part, and an axial hole for the detonator of the inertial fuse. Radial clearance between the thin-wall shell of the pyrotechnical charge and the front part of the housing is filled with an installed with tension and fixed with glue sleeve. Herewith the sleeve is made from a corrugated cardboard.

EFFECT: invention allows to reduce the risk of damaging due to destruction in fine and harmless fragments.
