SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to medicine. Tibial prosthesis for at least partial substitution of proximal tibia contains medial section of support, lateral support section and connecting area of support, passing between medial section of support and lateral support section and connecting said sections; bottom surface to get in contact with resected surface on the proximal tibia; and keel to be inserted into cavity formed in proximal tibia. Said keel extends from said bottom surface at angle in inferior-back direction and has front section keel, medial section keel and lateral section keel. Front section keel passes along connecting section supports in direction from front-medial to lateral posterolateral. Tibial prosthesis for at least partial substitution of proximal tibia contains articular surface of tibia for coupling with articular surface of condyle of femur, wherein said articular surface of tibia determines mesial edge extending in anterior-posterior direction at mesial edge above articular surface. Said mesial edge is turned relative to appropriate central section of said articular surface. Height, on which mesial edge is turned relative to appropriate central section, decreases in anterior-posterior direction.

EFFECT: inventions provide higher stiffness, rigidity for torsion and bending and bending torsional bending and/or shift between medial and lateral zones of tibia while maintaining cruciate ligament.
