SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine and can be used in orthopaedics and traumatology, namely in X-ray diagnostics. Knee joint is X-rayed in an anteroposterior projection. The tangent lines are drawn through the central reference points of contact zones of femoral and tibial condyles and perpendiculars on the middle of a tangent line of femoral and tibial bones from intercondyloid fossa and intercondyloid spine The intercondyloid indexes are devaluated by the relation of the distance between the central reference points of condyle contact zones to the height of perpendiculars, and if said value exceeds 6.0 of intercondyloid fossa and 7.0 of intercondyloid spine, dysontogenetic changes of condyles of joint bones are diagnosed And to evaluate dis dysplasia of each condyle of knee joint, triangles are plotted by connecting of the central reference point of a contact zone of femoral condyles and an apex of the perpendicular drawn on the middle of a tangent line of femoral bone from intercondyloid fossa (α, α1), with connecting the central reference points of a contact zone of shin condyles and an apex of the perpendicular drawn on the middle of a tangent line of shin bone from intercondyloid spine (β, β1), and if α , α1 angle is less than 17°, and β, β1 is less than 15°, dysplastic condyles are diagnosed.
