FIELD: pipes.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to pipeline valves. In electrically insulating insert, comprising inlet and outlet pipes, dielectric ring seal and outer power coupling, to inlet pipe is welded a stop, and to outlet - a sleeve with a conical outer surface and spherical end face, seal is arranged between said stop and sleeve and is made in form of an elastic ring, L-shaped holder located on non-working sides of ring, and plate spring pressing through holder said ring to spherical end of sleeve, coupling is welded to said stop and its inner surface is interfaced with outer surface of stop on cylindrical surface, and with sleeve - on conical surface, wherein sleeve is coated with electrically insulating coating.
EFFECT: invention increases degree of tightness of electrically insulating insert at bending, axial, twisting and thermal loads.
