FIELD: packaging industry.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a synthetic resin cap for closing a container top, liner of synthetic resin cap, closing device using said cap, and closing device with said cap containing a beverage. Synthetic resin cap comprises a cap body having a top plate and a cylinder that is vertically lowered from peripheral edge thereof; and a liner provided on a lower surface of top plate. Liner has a flat plate with an inner-seal projection that contacts an inner-edge side of an opening end, an outer-seal projection that contacts an outer-edge side of opening end, and an intermediate contact portion located along lower surface of upper plate and made on liner between inner- and outer-seal projections with possibility of contacting edge surface of opening end.

EFFECT: outer edge of liner is spaced apart from cylinder at an internal side and is formed to ensure a space between outer edge and the cylinder, and outer diameter of outer-seal projection is smaller than an outer diameter of opening end, such that when cap is fixed on open end, inner-seal projection, intermediate contact portion and outer-seal projection of flat plate are pressed to inner-edge curvilinear portion, to edge surface and to outer-edge curvilinear portion, respectively.
