SUBSTANCE: invention relates to device for production of soya bean milk, and production method applying device for production of soya bean milk. Device comprises: a reservoir to accommodate beans or soya milk; working head, located on upper part of reservoir, whereas working head accommodates motor; rotary cutting device, driven by motor; collection unit, located inside reservoir, for collecting peel and residues; adjustment mechanism, located on working head and controlled to allow displacement of collecting unit inside reservoir between first position whereat beans are processed, and second position whereat peel or residues are collected into collection unit.
EFFECT: such design allows collecting peel and residues into collection unit without furnishing this assembly with separate filter and separate bowl.
