FIELD: biotechnology.
SUBSTANCE: baculovirus vector for transfer contains structure incorporating double promoter and fused DNA. Fused DNA contains 2 fragments: (A) a fragment of DNA sequence coding amino acid sequence of protein-antigen malaria, which can be obtained by PCR from genomic DNA recovered from strain parasite malaria P. falciparum 3D7, as a matrix with using primers SEQ ID No.: 19 and SEQ ID No.: 20 and subsequent splitting EcoRI and Cfr9I, or partial fragment of the above DNA fragment. Polypeptide coded by said partial fragment has immunogenicity; and (B) a DNA fragment gene, which can be obtained by PCR with pBACsurf-1 as a matrix with using primers SEQ ID No.: 7 and SEQ ID No.: 8 and subsequent splitting of RsrII and KpnI. Polypeptide coded by said fragment is able to be component virus particle. Fused DNA is lower than the double promoter containing polyhedrin promoter and a CMV promoter, connected to each other.
EFFECT: baculovirus vector can be used for creation of vaccine against malaria for protein expression with the desired immunogenicity.
