FIELD: biotechnologies.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the biotechnology. Described is the MDCK, the influenza virus protein producing cell, containing a lentiviral plasmid vector pLenti6.3/TO/HA(H1N1)-M1-NA, containing influenza virus (H1N1) protein the hemagglutinin, neuraminidase and M1 genes, shown in fig. 3. Described is the MDCK, the influenza virus protein producing cell, containing a lentiviral plasmid vector pLenti6.3/TO/HA(H3N2)-M1-NA, containing the cloned hemagglutinin gene from the H3N2 subtype strain, as well as the neuraminidase and the M1 protein genes of the (H1N1) subtype strain shown in fig. 2. Described is the MDCK, the influenza virus protein producing cell, containing a lentiviral plasmid vector pLenti6.3/TO/HA(B-)-M1-NA, containing the influenza B virus hemagglutinin gene, as well as the neuraminidase and the M1 protein genes of the (H1N1) influenza virus, shown in fig. 1.
EFFECT: influenza virus MDCK producing cell is used for the influenza virus the virus-like particles (HPV) development.
