FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: invention can be used in machining gas turbine engine vane root at NC machines. Method involves processing with end toroidal mill, which is displaced equidistantly to processed surface. Selecting optimum frequency of spindle rotation, for which for processed blade, calculated sequence of mathematical finite element models is constructed with simulation of conditions for fixation, corresponding to serial zonal removal of predetermined allowance during processing. Calculating values of fundamental frequencies of processed blade for each zone. Performing evaluation of match of calculated and experimental frequency characteristics of processed blade. Constructing diagrams for imaging selection of frequency of spindle rotation. Performing step-by-step adjustment of frequency of spindle rotation during processing and adjustment of rotational frequency by linear law according to a given program.
EFFECT: preventing resonance when processing blade.
