SUBSTANCE: process comprises steps of electrochemical honing in electrolyte solution with use of bipolar cathode-tool including alternating abrasive and electric current conductive bars on its shaping portion; subjecting cathode-tool to rotation with revolution number n= (10-20) rev/min and to vibration with frequency (10-100) Hz and amplitude (0.05-0.15)mm while providing direct contact of anode-part with cathode-tool.
