FIELD: electrical engineering.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to electrical engineering and electrical machines. Synchronous magnetoelectric generator comprises a rotor and a stator. Design of stator comprises magnetoelectric elements arranged on stator, and magnets for magnetic biasing of magnetoelectric elements located on stator. Magnetoelectric element is laminar material made using ceramic technology, artificial material, or a monocrystal with magnetoelectric effect. Magnetoelectric effect is obtained via induced electric polarisation with action on an external magnetic field or obtained via induced magnetisation with action on material of external electric field.

EFFECT: technical result is reduced weight of generator, simple manufacturing technology thereof.
