FIELD: technological processes.

SUBSTANCE: invention is related to the field of radio electronics, in particular to materials used to manufacture components of radio electronic instruments, such as magnetic field detectors, electrically tunable SHF filters, lines of SHF delay, etc. Material is a two-phase composition of magnetostrictive material with gradient of magnetisation and ferroelectric material with polarisation gradient, which are fixed to each other.

EFFECT: simplification of material-based devices design since it is possible to exclude elements creating external magnetising field, and simplification of technological process of material production since it is possible to exclude preliminary polarisation of material sample.
