SUBSTANCE: used for the production of ME composite materials with an internal constant magnetic field. Summary of invention consists in fact, that magnetoelectric composite material for a magnetic field sensor comprises magnetostrictive and piezoelectric materials made of lead zirconate titanate ceramics PbZr0.53Ti0.47O3 components, where the magnetostrictive component contains an internal constant magnetic displacement field, the magnetostrictive layer is formed of the terphenol granules distributed in the epoxy compound Tb0.12Dy0.2Fe0.68, and the internal constant magnetic displacement field is created by dividing the magnetostrictive layer into two regions with different concentrations of granules Tb0.12Dy0.2Fe0.68.

EFFECT: technical result: providing the possibility of obtaining ME composite materials with an internal constant magnetic field, demonstrating optimal ME coefficients, simplifying the conditions for using the material in devices.
