FIELD: lighting.
SUBSTANCE: light output device has array of electrically interconnected light-emitting diodes, substrate layer, wherein or whereon there is matrix of light-emitting diodes, adhesive layer having sections over light-emitting diodes, wherein sections of adhesive layer have property of light-actuated electric conductivity, and electrically charged scattering particles (22), supports attached electrostatic attraction to sections of adhesive layer, thus forming scattering regions, which self-integrated with light-emitting diodes. Thus, light output device has scattering area made on top of light-emitting diodes using self-integration process, during which for control over process of depositing light from light-emitting diodes is used. Also disclosed is method of making light output device.
EFFECT: invention solves problem of need for production of light sources with optical structures used for masking of point sources, which should have matching level order of 10-100 mqm relative to light-emitting diode position.
