Method includes step of obtaining bit lines corresponding to current level information of transform coefficients by arithmetic decoding above bit stream on basis of context model. Further, according to method, current parameter conversion in binary form, by replacement of new or support of previous parameter conversion in binary form based on comparison result, which compares predetermined critical value obtained based on previous parameter conversion in binary form, with size of previous conversion coefficient.
