SUBSTANCE: method of generating high-frequency signals is based on converting energy of a dc voltage source into the energy of a high-frequency signal; interaction of the high-frequency signal with a forward transmission circuit consisting of a complex four-terminal element and a three-terminal nonlinear element, with a load and an external feedback circuit in the form of an arbitrary four-terminal element; on matching the second two-terminal element with complex impedance and the forward transmission circuit a the load and conditions of matching the load with the three-terminal nonlinear element; the load is in the form of a first two-terminal element with complex impedance, wherein the selection of resistance values at given frequencies of the second two-terminal element with complex impedance is determined in accordance with given mathematical expressions.
EFFECT: wider range of generated oscillations with arbitrary load resistances.
