SUBSTANCE: high-frequency signal generation method is based on conversion of energy of DC voltage supply into energy of high-frequency signal, interaction of high-frequency signal with the feed-forward path formed by the triple-pole nonlinear element and the reactive four-terminal network, load and external feedback circuit, fulfilment of excitation conditions in the form of amplitude balance and phase balance, conditions of matching of the feed-forward path with the load and conditions of load matching with the control electrode of the triple-pole nonlinear element, meanwhile the load is implemented in the form of the first two-pole network with complex resistance, the external feedback circuit is any complex four-terminal network connected to the feed-forward path according to the parallel-series circuit.
EFFECT: widening of range of generated oscillations that allows to form aggregate signals and to create efficient generation devices for radio communication device with pre-set amount of radio channels.
