FIELD: radio engineering and communications.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to radio communication and can be used for creation of devices generating high-frequency signals at given number of frequencies, which enables to generate complex signals and to develop efficient radio communication with given number of radio channels. Method of generating high-frequency signals is characterised by that forward path is made from cascade-connected complex four-terminal element and three-terminal nonlinear element, load is made in form of first bipole with complex resistance, external feedback circuit used is arbitrary complex four-terminal element connected to forward transmission circuit in parallel-series, forward transmission circuit and feedback circuit as integral unit cascade include between introduced second terminal device with complex resistance and load, excitation conditions in form of an amplitude and phase balance and matching conditions are simultaneously at given number of frequencies due to selection of values of resistance of second bipole.
EFFECT: technical result consists in increase of range of generated vibrations and generation of composite signals.
