If observing no anaphylactoid reactions, Perftoran is introduced in dose 2-4 mg/kg of body weight at average speed 40-60 drops a minute. On the third day, the preparation is introduced again in the same dosage if having preserved the creatinine value 0.4 mmol/l and more.

EFFECT: method allows higher clinical effectiveness in renal insufficiency in urinary tract drainage in the oncological patients due to the introduction of the gas-transport preparation in a certain regimen.
