SUBSTANCE: method of decoding video data with unidirectional prediction includes steps of: reference image index and motion vector of current prediction element are obtained; generating prediction block of current prediction element using reference image index and motion vector; generated quantised unit by means of reverse scanning components of quantised coefficients; generating converted unit by means of inverse quantisation quantised unit using quantisation parameter; generating residual block by means of reverse conversion of transformed block; and recovered pixels using prediction unit and residual block; wherein pixels of the prediction unit generated using interpolating filter selected based on motion vector; wherein sampling parameter is obtained using difference quantisation parameter and quantisation parameter predictor.
EFFECT: high efficiency of movement information encoding.
