FIELD: space.
SUBSTANCE: invention is intended to improve reliability of matrix photoelectronic modules (FEM), operating in conditions of cosmic space or intended for operation in other conditions requiring high reliability of recording devices and replacement thereof is impossible for a long time. According to method each element of image is recorded by K independent photosensitive cells which enables, in case of failure of one, two etc, photosensitive cell to a register signal with at least one photosensitive cell from K and obtain an electronic signal corresponding to specified element of image. Upon detecting one element of image signals obtained from non-defective photosensitive cell, must be aggregated and normalised by dividing overall signal by their number. Lifetime extends to moment when recorded image appears preset quantity of defects with specified location. Boundaries of set of accumulation time of each signal of photosensitive cells are determined characteristic times quickly and slowly varying recorded images.
EFFECT: technical result is increase of duration of gamma-percentage producing FEM with high probability of faultless operation.
