FIELD: physics.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to large-format scanning IR matrix photodetectors (IR MPD). For this purpose, the light-insulating screen has additional stiffening ribs, which are simultaneously and light-protective ribs located between the single-connected areas of the diaphragm. Number of singly-connected diaphragm areas is equal to the number of integral photosensitive element matrices (PSEM), and the ribs on both sides are coated with an antireflection coating. Height of said ribs is less than maximum distance from multi-connected diaphragm to integral PSEM.
EFFECT: invention increases the threshold photoelectric parameter with simultaneous increase in resistance to mechanical loads while maintaining dimensions, heat influx, power consumption and weight of MPD.
