FIELD: optics.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to infrared scanning array photodetector devices (MFPs) – large format devices that convert the input optical image formed by the objective and scanner into a specified spectral range, and then into the output electrical video signal. Diaphragm is performed in a non-simply-connected manner, with equal-connected simply-connected parts. Their centers are aligned with the straight lines connecting the centers of the photosensitive regions of the hybrid array of photosensitive elements (IFEI) to the center of the virtual exit pupil of the image forming lens. Number of photosensitive regions is equal to the number of simply-connected regions of the diaphragm and is multiples of the number of integral IFNCs.

EFFECT: invention allows to maintain a high value of the threshold photoelectric parameter while reducing the dimensions, heat inflows, energy consumption and mass of the MFP.
