FIELD: electronic equipment.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to electronic engineering, namely to electron guns intended for discharge of electron flow from vacuum gun area outward in atmosphere or other gas medium, and can be used in semiconductor and quantum electronics, medicine, in plasma chemistry. Electronic unsoldered gun includes metal housing, in end face of which there electron output opening is located coaxially to cathode. Opening is made from heat-conducting dielectric with variable thickness at area of opening, dielectric surface facing cathode has current-conducting coating which is electrically connected to housing of gun.
EFFECT: technical result is increased mean density of power.
