FIELD: electronic equipment.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the electronic equipment, in particular to the electrons sealed-off electron guns and accelerators, designed for the electron flow from the gun and the accelerator vacuum region output to the atmosphere or other gaseous medium, and can be used in the semiconductor electronics for the powerful miniature structures development, in quantum electronics in the electron-beam-controlled lasers, in medicine for the instruments and the biological objects surface sterilization, in plasma chemistry for polymerization, the chemical reactions acceleration, as well as in other technical fields. Electronic sealed-off gun includes the metal housing, in which end part, on the supporting base, the electrons output window is located, made at least, from one heat-conducting dielectric in the form of a plate with thin areas separated from each other by its area and from its edges. Window forced cooling system is located in the support base and covers the window in azimuth. Window thermal and geometric characteristics satisfy the inequality λth < λmH, where λt, λm are the plate thin sections thermal conductivity and its average value by volume, h, H are the of thin sections thickness and the plate thickness, respectively. Window inner surface has connected to the support base and to the gun body conductive coating.

EFFECT: technical result is increase in the gun power and reliability due to the window design optimization.
