SUBSTANCE: invention relates to electronic equipment, namely to electron guns designed to discharge the electron stream from the vacuum region of the gun to the outside: into the atmosphere or other gas medium, and can be used in semiconductor electronics to create powerful miniature structures, in quantum electronics in the manufacture of electro-ionization lasers, in medicine for the sterilization of instruments and the surface of biological objects, in plasma chemistry for the polymerization and acceleration of slow chemical reactions, as well as in other technology fields. Electronic sealed-off gun includes a metal body, at the end of which there is a solid window for the output of electrons. Window consists of two plates: thin diamond and thick with through holes, made of heat-conducting material with a coefficient of thermal conductivity of more than 4 W/cm K. Surface of the window, facing the cathode, has a conductive coating electrically connected to the gun body.

EFFECT: technical result is the increase of reliability and simplification of technology while maintaining a high average power density and increasing the integral power.
