FIELD: mining.
SUBSTANCE: invention can be used to control operating mode of the mine main fan system (MFS) of an underground mining enterprises with simultaneous generation of electric power. Control system of a mine power plant includes MFS control unit, MFS electric drive, power transmission unit, electric generator and unit for transmission, storage and/or conversion of electric power. In the air chute of the mine before MFS there is installed an air pressure sensor, and in the diffusion channel - air pressure sensors and flow meters. Electric drive of the MFS is adjustable. Control unit is connected to the above sensors by the adjustable MFS drive and mechanism for control of the main shaft of the power transmission. Control unit is configured to change torque at the drive shaft and change operating mode of MFS depending on the readings of air pressure sensors and flow meters. Electric drive is frequency adjusted and the power transmission unit has the shape of a transmission or friction variator.
EFFECT: higher efficiency of the mine power plant due to adjustment of MFS operating modes with simultaneous improvement of quality of produced power.
