FIELD: mining; energy industries.
SUBSTANCE: invention can be used to control technological facilities and installations at underground mining enterprises in modes that reduce the consumption of electrical energy (power) during the day during periods of high demand. The control system includes a digital twin of the control object, which receives information from measuring devices through the central controller of the control system and from external sources containing information about the hydrometeorological forecast for the coming day. At the same time, the measuring devices contain information on the actual consumption of electricity by consumers of the underground enterprise for the billing period. The digital twin is made with the possibility of simulating the ventilation process when the performance of the main fan unit changes based on the information of the hydrometeorological forecast. The central controller of the control system is connected to the actuators, the digital twin and the central controller are configured to provide information exchange and control actions with the operator's automated workstation. The digital twin is made with the possibility of simulating the operation of the air preparation system, a mine calorific unit, regulating the air distribution between underground mine workings and controlling in the event of abnormal or emergency situations. At the same time, the digital twin contains a block for generating an equipment control scenario, made with the ability to perform the specified simulation in advance according to the predicted parameters of outdoor air and air distribution between mine workings, according to equipment control scenarios predicted in advance in the digital twin. Actuators are configured to change operating modes by supplying a control signal from the operator's workstation through the central controller of the control system based on the forecast issued by the digital twin, information from external sources additionally contains information on electricity tariffs, planned repairs, equipment shutdowns and consumption reduction electricity in the process of planned work, as well as further excavation of the mine field of an underground mining enterprise.
EFFECT: expanding the functionality of the process control system at an underground mining enterprise, associated with probable scenarios for reducing electricity consumption depending on various factors and the operation of various devices, participating in these periods in the process of managing demand for electricity, as well as ensuring safe conditions in the event of emergencies and emergencies.
