SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to surgery, endoscopy, resuscitation, and can be used for endoscopic transluminal treatment of infected pancreatonecrosis. Localization area of pancreatogenic destruction adjacent to wall of hollow organ - stomach or duodenum is detected, formation of an anastomosis between the destruction area and the wall of the hollow organ under the control of endoscopic ultrasonography, endoscopic catheter is performed, contents are aspirated from the area of pancreatogenic destruction and volume of destruction cavity is determined. Then self-expanding stent is inserted into the formed fistula, through which the endoscope is used, and the cavity of pancreatogenic destruction is sanitated with an antiseptic solution, necrosequestrectomy and instillation of the antibiotic solution through the endoscope's working channel, then through working endoscope channel into destruction area is introduced autologous thrombocyte-rich plasma and then solution of allogenic collagen type 1, wherein for each 100 cm³ of the volume of the destruction cavity, 10 ml of a solution of type 1 allogeneic collagen and 3 ml of the preparation of autologous thrombocyte-rich plasma are administered.

EFFECT: method enables improving the clinical outcomes of the patients by stimulating epithelial tissue regeneration with reducing mortality, injuries and length of admission.
