FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to laparoscopic hernioplasty. Implant is used made of two plates presented by biological and synthetic material. Biological material is presented by xenopericardium with smooth and rough surfaces. Prosthesis is installed with smooth side to abdominal cavity and first fixed by ligatures through all layers of anterior abdominal wall. Then, needle from smooth side xenopericard is introduced, then needle is introduced into mesh, ligature is lead into mesh-xenopericard layer, then needle is lead out of mesh and from rough side of xenopericard. Then, needle is introduced from inner side of peritoneum and ligature is lead through layers of abdominal wall, then knot is made.
EFFECT: method creates strong frame of anterior abdominal wall with complete coverage of hernia defect, reducing risk of adhesive process in abdominal cavity.
