FIELD: electricity.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to production of long stacks of high-temperature superconducting tapes (HTSC) of second generation, and more specifically to plant for production thereof, and can be used in production of current conducting cables, current-limiting devices, windings of powerful electromagnets, electric motors, etc. Plant for production of long stacks of high-temperature superconducting tapes of the second generation includes unit for preliminary tinning of main belt, cutting it into tapes of specified width and winding of tapes into separate coils, a unit for preliminary formation of separate tapes from coils into a stack, a unit for pulling a pile of tapes through a bath with a flux, a unit for sealing and preliminary formation of a cross-section of a long stack, a unit for pulling a stack through a brazing bath with a solder, unit for final control of stack cross-section, stack cooling assembly to temperature below solder melting point, reel winding unit into finished stack coil and belt pulling mechanism through the plant.
EFFECT: invention makes it possible to create installation for production of long stacks from high-temperature superconducting tapes of the second generation by continuous passing of prepared pile of high-temperature superconducting tapes of the second generation through soldering bath.
