FIELD: oil and gas industry.

SUBSTANCE: in method of heavy oil extraction from productive formation, injection and production wells with vertical sections in soil and perforated horizontal sections in productive formation, wherein horizontal section of injection well is located above horizontal production well, injection well is filled with working fluid, product is extracted through horizontal section of production well. As working fluid ferromagnetic complexes are used. Outside of injection well and outside from the producer is additionally laid at process well with horizontal sections, directed towards each other, created in non-uniform magnetic field and impact on formation for not less than 24 hours. Device for implementing said method comprises above injection and production well with tubing strings in each above described process well with horizontal sections, directed towards each other, at ends of which are shaped steel cores with solenoids, connected with direct current sources, mouth of injection well is equipped with feed device.

EFFECT: higher efficiency of oil recovery of productive formation with simultaneous reduction of power consumption.
