SUBSTANCE: in thermal zone, in which there is an inert atmosphere and plasma, is fed a hydrocarbon precursor, capable of forming two-carbon fragmented particles, which contains n-propanol, ethane, ethylene, acetylene, vinyl chloride, 1,2-dichloroethane, allyl alcohol, propionic aldehyde, vinyl bromide or methane. precursor is heated to temperature exceeding 3,500 °C. Obtained graphene particles are collected.
EFFECT: invention enables to obtain high-quality graphene particles having less than 30 layers of carbon atoms, thickness less than 10 nm, weight of at least 10 % of weight of precursor, BET specific surface area of at least 70 m2/g, average aspect ratio greater than 3:1.
