FIELD: information technology.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to telecommunication engineering, specifically to frequency and time signal formers, and can be used in telecommunication and control systems, power engineering, transport and metrology as primary reference and secondary clock-pulse generators of frequency-time network synchronisation systems. Reference frequency and time signal former includes a primary reference generator, consisting of network synchronisation unit, two units of primary reference sources - hydrogen and/or caesium frequency standards, and a receiver-synchroniser with disciplined rubidium oscillator. Device additionally includes a receiving unit of reference time signals from a communication channel, a receiving unit of reference time signals of special-purpose LW-radio stations, time signal processing unit and a synchronometer with corresponding connection scheme of component elements to each other.
EFFECT: broader functional capabilities of device, which consists in providing simultaneous, flawless and full formation of high-precision frequency and time signals.
