SYSTEM FOR CORRECTING TIME SCALES OF REMOTE CLOCK GROUP Russian patent published in 2019 - IPC G04G7/00

Abstract RU 2688452 C1

FIELD: data processing; clocks and other time meters.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to means of time synchronization and can be used in solving problems of correcting the time scales of a remote clock group relative to the time scale of the central clock. System for correcting the time scales of the remote clock group contains the central clock and the remote clock group associated with the central clock of data transmission channels. Each of these clocks contains a block of forming its own time scale, a block for receiving the time scale of navigation spacecraft and an associated time scale comparison block. In addition, the central clock contains a computing unit that performs the function of a calculator of corrections to the time scales of remote clocks, as well as input and output switches, as well as a block for selecting data on the magnitudes of mismatches of time scales, first and second inputs of which are connected, respectively, with an output of time scale comparison block, which is part of the central clock, and an output of the input switch, and an output is connected with an input of the computing unit. Inputs of the input switch are connected via corresponding data transmission channels to the outputs of the time comparison blocks of the respective remote clocks. Output of the computing unit is connected to an input of the output switch. Outputs of the output switch are connected via corresponding data transmission channels to the correcting inputs of the blocks for generating their own time scale of the respective remote clocks.

EFFECT: technical result consists in reducing the influence of the drift factor of the board time scales of the navigation spacecraft on the accuracy of the correction carried out.
