SUBSTANCE: method for production of hydrogen chloride with high purity includes hydrogen and chlorine purification by removal of water and oxygen. That is followed by reaction of excess molar quantity of purified hydrogen with purified chlorine at temperature of 1,200-1,400 °C. Obtained hydrogen chloride is subjected to compression and cooling. System for production of hydrogen chloride with high purity comprises pipelines for supplying hydrogen and chlorine purified to 99.999 % or higher purity to reactor for hydrogen chloride synthesis. Liquefaction of hydrogen chloride via compression in ensured by compressor. Purification of liquefied hydrogen chloride and separation and removal of hydrogen residue is carried out in distillation column by fractional distillation. Invention reduces power consumption upon environmentally-friendly getting production of hydrogen chloride with 99.9-99.9999 % of purity.
