FIELD: machine building.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to equipment for processing of rubber mixtures, as well as for production of multipurpose disperse materials, for example worn-out tires, and can be used for secondary processing rubber wastes and polymer materials. Roller machine comprises a frame, rolls with parallel axes, installed with possibility of rotation, mechanisms for adjustment of gaps and an intermediate plate located between rollers. Intermediate plate is rigidly fixed in frame and has an inner cavity for cooling fluid. Each roller is provided with a gap adjustment mechanism and its own rotary drive, wherein rollers are configured for rotation from one drive.

EFFECT: roller machine provides higher quality of obtained products, increased efficiency of grinding process and broader technological capabilities of device.
