SUBSTANCE: invention relates to reinforced polymer composite materials processing, for example rubber articles, particularly worn-out and rejected car tires. Method of used tires processing into dispersed material consists in preliminary tires cutting on tapes and transmission of tapes onto roller machine. At that, preliminary tires cutting is performed by disk rotating element, which edges located next to perimeter, are made conical, and support wheel with groove. Worn-out tire is supplied into zone between disk rotating element and support wheel with groove. Worn tires preliminary stripping is performed by fracturing, wherein on disk rotating element conical edges notches are made. Forming stripping edge disk of rotating element perimeter is blunted, disk rotating element thickness is less than support wheel groove width. Worn-out tire is supplied into zone between disk rotating element and support wheel with groove, used tires fracturing in carried out in groove at disk rotating element pressure on worn-out tire and its immersion into groove, wherein depth of disk rotating element immersion into groove is 5h mm, where h is equal to number of reinforcing material layers in worn-out tire. Then obtained by rupturing tapes are fed to roller machine, which has clearance between rolls equal to reinforcing cord thickness.

EFFECT: invention provides simplification of used tires processing method and device, and higher efficiency of their processing.
