FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, particularly to therapeutic gymnastics, and can be used in locomotor diseases complicated by obesity. Method aims at restorative treatment of the patients with locomotor diseases complicated by obesity, and involves sequential execution of 10 sets of physical exercises with breathing exercises, sitting and using the ball. Method enables reducing the probability and severity of body complications caused by sedentary and inactive lifestyle. Proposed technical solution enables self-implementation of sets of exercises, in the social sphere and at home.
EFFECT: method provides maximum body relaxation in a short period of time and with a great effect based on the patient's general psychophysical state and maximum possible physical rehabilitation.
