FIELD: metallurgy.

SUBSTANCE: to reduce losses of W17/50 W/kg in core slab is used with preset composition, containing Sn from 0.02 to 0.20 wt% and P from 0.010 to 0.080 wt%. Final temperature of slab hot rolling is equal to 950 °C or lower, sheet is annealed at 800-1,200 °C, cooling rate of temperature is from 750 to 300 °C in sheet annealing ranges from 10 °C/s to 300 °C/s, reduction in cold rolling is 85 % or more. Between decarburising annealing and secondary decrystallization course in the final annealing is azotizing treatment, in which content of N in decarburising annealed steel plate increased.

EFFECT: reduced losses of W17/50 W/kg in core.
