FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to spraying of fluids. Fluid sprayer comprises a case with a nozzle, in which jets are arranged in mutually perpendicular planes. Case consists of a cylindrical part and two series-connected and coaxial to it hollow cylinder-taper belts. Coaxially to the case, in its lower part, the nozzle is secured. On the nozzle conical surface there is a cylindrical collar with outer thread for the nozzle connection with the lower cylinder-taper belt of the case. On the nozzle there is an additional row of jets formed by pairs of mutually perpendicular vertical channels for the fluid passage and horizontal channels, which cross on the nozzle conical lateral surface to form the jets outlets. Paired channels are arranged at right angle to each other in the case lengthwise planes, herewith the conical lateral surface of the nozzle is made with the vertex angle equal to 90°, and on the cylinder-taper belt rigidly jointed with the cylindrical part of the case there are two rows of throttling orifices: one row represents at least three horizontal holes made on the cylindrical surface, the other row represents at least three inclined holes at the angle of 45°. Conical baffle is attached to the cylinder-taper belt by means of rods.
EFFECT: technical result is the increase of fine spraying efficiency.
