SUBSTANCE: invention relates to device (10) of actuator for generation of linear displacement, including hydraulic actuator (12), which comprises first piston element (14) for actuation of actuating element and second piston element (18) for generation of linear movement, with which is associated corresponding hydraulically connected working chamber (16, 20), volume of which may vary due to movement of corresponding piston (14, 18), wherein is a piezoelectric actuator (36) to apply force to first piston element (14). Corresponding working chambers (16, 20) are connected through two counterrotating oriented check valves (24, 28) having different unlocking force.
EFFECT: technical result is high accuracy of linear displacements.
