FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: method involves installation of mesh prosthesis. Prosthesis has a recess forming two leaves and round hole for spermatic cord. Cutting out triangular mesh prosthesis with first side of extending along inguinal ligament. Second side of prosthesis is arranged horizontally at 3 cm above deep inguinal ring from upper end of first side to edge of abdominal rectus muscle. Third side of prosthesis extends from lower end of first side from pubic spine along a lateral edge of abdominal rectus muscle to intersection with second side at level of edge of abdominal rectus muscle. Vertex of triangular prosthesis on side of abdominal rectus muscle is cut. Spermatic cord is placed in a circular hole, leaves are fixed to each other by separate sutures. Prosthesis is placed under spermatic cord and fixed with separate sutures first side of mesh prosthesis to inguinal ligament to pubic tubercle to grip end of third side. Single sutures are used to fix on edge to upper flap of abdominal external oblique muscle aponeurosis to grip end of second side.
EFFECT: method prevents injures and compression of abdominal internal oblique and transverse muscle of abdomen and nerves, passing in their composition, which leads to reducing rate of chronic pain in postoperative period.
