SUBSTANCE: invention relates to compositions of breast milk fat substitutes and can be used in producing substitutes of breast milk for children. Product contains vegetable oils, such as: coconut, soya, high oleic sunflower oil and concentrates of omega-3 and omega-6 polyunsaturated fatty acids, as well as dehydrated milk fat in following ratio of components, pts.wt: dehydrated milk fat - 25.11-27.67, high oleic sunflower oil - 30.39-31.32, soya bean oil - 23.48-25.10, coconut oil - 17.42-18.35, concentrate of omega-3 polyunsaturated fatty acids - 0.68-0.72, concentrate of omega-6 polyunsaturated fatty acids - 0.37-0.39.
EFFECT: invention enables to obtain fatty acid content-optimised composition having positive effect on growth and development of a child, formation of immunity; promoting normal formation of visual and cognitive functions in infants and toddlers.
