SUBSTANCE: described is a specialized product based on a partial hydrolyzate of milk whey protein, enriched with prebiotics, for nutrition of premature infants from birth, characterized by the following content of initial components, wt.pts. : partially hydrolysed milk whey protein—3.2–3.3, soya bean oil—1.05–0.97, high-oleic sunflower oil—0.65–0.63, medium-chain triglycerides—1.17–1.2, milk fat—0.82–0.78, polyunsaturated fatty acids—0.11–0.12, lactose—3.1–3.0, maltodextrin—4.8–4.6, oligosaccharide-2'fucosyllactose—0.035–0.036, vitamin-mineral complex, including functional ingredients in the form of choline, inositol, taurine L-carnitine—1.165–1.064, water—83.9–84.3.
EFFECT: invention allows to optimize enteral nutrition of premature infants from birth, as well as nutrition of premature infants of any gestational age with developmental delay and/or limitation of nutrition in the first year of life.
