FIELD: electronics.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to lithium batteries. Lithium accumulator with a housing comprising at least one cell with two electrodes, free of organic binders, current collectors, separated by separators, and liquid electrolyte, consisting of lithium salt solution in an organic solvent. Current collectors are perforated metal strips in the form of a metal mesh, drawn metal or perforated metal foil. Each electrode is made by pressing a mixture of active materials and components with electron conductivity, free of organic binders, directly into the holes of perforated metal strips on both sides of the current collectors. Minimum thickness of electrodes is three times greater than the thickness of the current collector, and the thickness of the current collector is 30-500 µm.
EFFECT: invention allows to manufacture a lithium battery with electrodes with reduced time of charge and discharge, while maintaining high capacity of accumulator cell.
