SUBSTANCE: invention relates to panoramic video surveillance, which is carried out by a computer system by means of a single “circular” photodetector, in a spherical area, which occupies two opposed ball layers. Result is achieved by that the system includes the first optical gate arranged between the first panoramic lens and the first “circular” target of the sensor, optically interconnected the second panoramic lens, the second optical gate and the second “circular” target of the sensor made on the side of the substrate of the photodetector, and the gates control unit. That provides additional monitoring in real time of the ball layer arranged in opposite direction relative to the main ball layer.
EFFECT: increasing the square of spatial spherical area, controlled by the television camera.
